I'm losing sleep but not losing heart. I'm losing strength but not losing hope. because you have given and have taken away. May your Name be forever praised.

survivor camarines

music: Your grace is enough - chris tomlin
mood: home at last

i spent the last two weeks in camarines where
we had our pilot project from globe. we're
not directly working for them, we were just
contracted by a subcontractor. we did some
installations at pacol, san felipe, bulo,
sipocot, libmanan, cabusao, pamukid, san fernando
and naga. we were supposed to install at liboro
but there was an incident there where armed men
entered the cellsite premises, robbed the workers' of their
cellphones and wallets and hit some of the workers
on the heads with their guns. this is days before
we were supposed to do some installation there.
if without God's grace, that could have been us. because
of that incident, the project was put on hold.

well im safe and i thank God for that. when i was once in
davao, alleged npa soldiers went inside the cellsite
premises asking for the engineer in charge. i was out
eating lunch when those men came in. hmm.. talk about
perfect timing. but i know even if i was there, the Lord
could have kept me safe. indeed the Lord protects me
everytime i do field works.

here are some of the pics during my recent stay in
camarines:
