I'm losing sleep but not losing heart. I'm losing strength but not losing hope. because you have given and have taken away. May your Name be forever praised.

while waiting for the pictures

music: it is well - shane and shane

pinapakinggan ngayon yung how great is our God
na naman nila ng hymn, yung how great thou art.
naiyak ako nung una kong narinig. hehe. favorite
yung it is well with my soul na hymn? narinig
album, kaya pala kako parang familiar. naiyak
na parang nail through the head:

My sin, not in part but the whole,
Is nailed to the cross, and I bear it no more,
Praise the Lord, praise the Lord, O my soul!

hillsong yung salvation is here, what the world
will never take (?), saka yung how great is our
hehe.

thrid update

okay this may be my last update about the
conference. i just heard bonnke speak
for the third time and i can say he is
hot. wow! michael w. smith led worship
with his band last night and it was wonderful.
it was my first time to hear bobbie houston
speak, she has very good insights.

bumped into some pinoys awhile ago and it
was good to see some kababayans here. i talked
to an engineer/pastor who pastors a church
here in auburn. cool.

pictures on my next posts. bye.

second update

last night's rally was a blast. the hillsong
worship team did the intro that was similar to
the album. tulele did the intro, then out of
nowhere a guy that looks exactly like him sang
and the congregation just went wild. i later
found out the guy was guy sebastian (pun
intended, really). i really dont know him at
all and my cousin pointed out to me that he is
a winner of australian idol... oohhhh... i said
to myself. then united led the worship, it was
a blast. marty sampson is still nowhere in sight,
it was joel houston who led the worship most of
the time.

joyce meyer did a wonderful exhortation about love
and being a blessing to other people. this morning,
reinhard bonnke spoke to a very eager audience.
bonnke is a very hardcore evangelist. to give you
a picture of his monstrosity, he once led a
million people to Christ, IN ONE NIGHT!!!! this
happened in nigeria where he had an evangelistic
crusade and almost two million people attended. out
of that, half responded to the Gospel. wow! astig!

then a while ago michael w. smith (oh how i wish
it was martin smith instead) led a very intimate set.
i have very close pictures of him. very close.
and darlene too. i was able to take pictures of
nigel (the guitarist of hillsongs' worship team) but
i wasn't able to bring my cd so i wasn't able to
have it signed. boo..

baka next week pa yung pictures guys.

delirious on hillsong conference 2006.. waaaaaahhhhh!!!!!!

first update

ey guys im very sorry for the late update. the
schedule is very tight and i cant squeeze in some
minutes to blog. it is crazy over here. john maxwell
and joyce meyer are really good speakers. jack hayford,
the pastor who wrote majesty, is perhaps the best
i have heard speak about worship and about fulfillment
of God's purpose in your life. im surprised that
darlene speaks well too, and she spoke about a very
sensitive subject, about sexuality. cece winans
played a very funky worhsip set last night
and micheal w. smith just arrived and will be
performing tomorrow night. the worship through singing
pales in comparison with the message you get through
the speakers. very very rich ang message sobra.
i wish you were all here. ang galing ng tugtugan ng band
dito parang recording pa rin ang tunog. i will post
pictures about next week.

the venue is held in the olympic stadium and i have seen
and talked to a lot of pinoys here. some as far as sorsogon.
you can easily know if their filipino, well, you just
know. it's 8 degrees in the morning sobrang lamig.

ey my time's almost up, 3 dolars for 15 minutes, sobrang
mahal. hehe.
